The Minister of Internal Affairs of Georgia visited the Embassy of Azerbaijan.

Vakhtang Gomelauri expressed his condolences to the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Azerbaijan to Georgia - Faig Guliyev regarding the plane crash that took place on December 25 of the current year and expressed his deep sorrow over the death of dozens of people as a result of the plane crash.

The Minister of Internal Affairs left a note in the condolence book opened at the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Along with Vakhtang Gomelauri, the head of the State Security Service of Georgia, Grigol Liluashvili, the head of the Intelligence Service of Georgia, Irakli Beraia, and the head of the Special State Protection Service of Georgia, Anzor Chubinidze, expressed their condolences to the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Azerbaijan to Georgia.

On December 25 of the current year, a plane crashed near the city of Aktau in the Republic of Kazakhstan, as a result of which several dozen people died.
