A meeting of the opposition signatories to the agreement is underway at Strategy Aghmashenebeli’s office.

According to the leader of Lelo, Badri Japaridze, the meeting focused on the coordination of the parliamentary activities and the active involvement of the opposition.

As MP Salome Samadashvili told journalists before the meeting, they will agree on the format of parliamentary work at today"s meeting.

“The immediate political future of our country depends on the full implementation of the agreement reached between the opposition and the ruling party, so, of course, there is a lot to be done in the coming days, in the coming weeks, in order for the agreement to be implemented. Our international partners are closely monitoring the implementation of this agreement and are also waiting for information from us on what we will do, including what needs to be done within the framework of the parliamentary work to implement the agreement in the near future. So obviously, we have to plan all this, we have to judge and therefore agree on the common opposition plans for the coming weeks”, - said Salome Samadashvili.
