The Parliament of the 11th convocation will express today, November, 28, its confidence in the Government and the government program called “Towards Europe only with peace, dignity and prosperity”.
The Government needs the support of the majority of the full composition of the legislature to gain confidence.
As it’s known, Irakli Kobakhidze’s candidacy for the post of Prime Minister has been presented again. There will be 3 new ministers in his Cabinet - minister of Foreign Affairs - Maka Botchorishvili; minister of Environment Protection and Agriculture - David Songhulashvili; minister of Justice - Anri Okhanashvili;Minister of Education, Science and Youth - Aleksandre Tsuladze.
All other ministers will remain in the Government:
Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development - Levan Davitashvili;
Minister of Defense - Irakli Chikovani;
Minister of Internal Affairs - Vakhtang Gomelauri;
Minister of Culture and Sports - Tinatin Rukhadze;
Minister of IDPs from Occupied Territories, Labor, Health and Social Protection - Mikheil Sarjveladze;
Minister of Finance - Lasha Khutsishvili;
Minister of Regional Development and Infrastructure - Irakli Karseladze;
State Minister for Reconciliation and Civic Equality - Tea Akhvlediani.
