"It`s really wrong when an official (regardless of what position someone holds) spends people`s money for their personal well-being. It`s unimaginable to take and finance, for example, your own children`s education from the budget or buy gifts for girlfriends.

If you want to do this, you should do it from your personal savings and income, not with budget money", - said Kakha Kaladze.
