Givi Mikanadze opens 2 fully rehabilitated schools in Guria

The Chairman of the Education, Science, and Youth Affairs Committee of the Parliament of Georgia, Givi Mikanadze, together with the Director of the Educational and Scientific Infrastructure Development Agency, Irakli Kuprava, and the State Representative in the Guria region, Giorgi Urushadze, officially opened the rehabilitated schools in the villages of Goraberezhouli and Khajalia.

The public school in the village of Goraberezhouli is designed for 180 students, while the public school in Khajalia is designed for 200 students. As part of the project, the schools feature science and computer laboratories, a library, a dining hall, a resource room, and a medical office in addition to the educational spaces. Outdoor sports fields have also been set up.

The schools are fully adapted for people with disabilities and are equipped with educational resources, furniture, and technology.

The complete rehabilitation of Gela Belausov"s Public School in the village of Goraberezhouli, Chokhatauri Municipality, and the Public School in the village of Khajalia, Lanchkhuti Municipality, was carried out by the Educational and Scientific Infrastructure Development Agency.
