A man emerged, the founder of our party, Bidzina Ivanishvili, who dedicated himself to Georgia, he came forward and defeated the oppressive, evil force. The Chairman of the Georgian Dream said in his speech at a campaign meeting in Zugdidi.

“I believe that our wise people will make the only right choice, casting their vote for the country"s salvation by choosing peace, freedom, dignity, stability, and development. On October 26, friends, peace will prevail, truth will prevail, and our dignified, proud people will prevail”, - said Irakli Garibashvili.

He recalled Mikheil Saakashvili’s administration, accusing it of severe human rights abuses, highlighted incidents of torture, illegal detentions, and killings of innocent citizens, as well as media suppression and business extortion.

“Almost everyone had lost hope of defeating such great evil, what I would call a monster. But a man emerged, the founder of our party, Bidzina Ivanishvili, who dedicated himself to Georgia. He came forward and defeated the oppressive, evil force, achieving a historic victory on October 1 [2012] that freed our people and saved our country!

The October 1 victory had brought an unprecedented, continuous 12-year period of peace to the country, fostering substantial progress across various sectors. During this period, the national budget and economy tripled, the country advanced in multiple fields.

Freedom and peace have resulted in business development, the creation of new jobs, and poverty and unemployment being reduced to historic lows.

The coalition of the radical opposition promises the country nothing but chaos, war, misfortune, and destruction and devastation. But as long as Bidzina Ivanishvili is in power, a coalition of traitors and agents will never return to power! These people, who have no homeland, have already destroyed our country once, and we will not allow them to destroy our country and our people a second time! Therefore, on October 26, we must show that we stand firmly and that the absolute majority of our people choose peace, development, and stability”, - said the Chairman of the ruling party.
