Mikheil Saakashvili addresses the Minister of Justice and the Director of the Penitentiary Service. He is ready to go to the Vivamedi clinic for examinations, but on several conditions.

“I agree to go to the clinic Vivamedi for examinations with the following conditions:

1. Permanent access should be given to my family members, my personal doctor and members of the alternative commission from the center “Empathy”;

2. During working hours, access should be given to persons defined by law, lawyers and members of Parliament;

3. All examinations, diagnostics, prescribing, as well as further stages of treatment or the fact of recovery should be determined by the composition created on a parity basis, with the involvement of the “Empathy” and in case of their consent with the participation of the members of the Ombudsman’s Council;

4. As soon as I get an answer to the above questions, I am ready to immediately go to Vivamedi;

5. I ask you to make a decision on these issues with the involvement of my family members and lawyers”, - reads the letter of former president.
