A group of nine people was detained on the Ukrainian-Moldovan border, including the son and grandson of the singer Sofia Rotaru

Son and grandson of Sofia Rotaru illegally tried to escape to Moldova. Anatoly and Ruslan Evdokimenko were detained near the city of Mogilev-Podolsky.

Rotaru herself and her representatives have not yet commented on the incident.
