40 cars collided in the Czech Republic

In the Czech Republic, on the 33rd kilometer of the D5 motorway in the direction of Prague today, January 20, a large-scale accident occurred, about 40 cars collided.

Six people were injured in the accident. Three of them were taken by helicopter to Prague.

All emergency services arrived at the scene of the mass accident, a rescue helicopter was involved. Traffic to Prague is completely blocked.

Earlier it was reported that near the German city of Amberg, Bavaria, freezing rain provoked a mass accident in which people were injured.
