Russian occupying forces released illegally detained 4 Georgian citizens. They were detained near the village of Adzvi, Gori Municipality.

As the State Security Service of Georgia said, the European Union Monitoring Mission-administered hotline was activated and the Co-Chairs of the Geneva International Discussions were informed about the unlawful detention.

Three more citizens remain in the captivity of the occupation regime.
