The Mayor of Tbilisi addressed the Governors at the session of the municipal Government.

“As for the governors who continue to work in your districts, I want to tell you that the next four years will be very important as the community expects even more from us. You should have special communication with the residents of your district; there should be no barriers, even in meeting with the governors or getting information. You have to ensure needed and prompt responses to incoming calls. There have been some instances where park amusement rides have been damaged, notifications have been received and there has been no harsh response to this. This attitude is categorically unacceptable. Not only the specific employee who did not respond in a timely manner, but also the governors will be held accountable and you will leave your position. Everyone understands that when there is no response to any of these notifications, the governors are responsible. You are responsible to me and the people of Tbilisi, and if your employee behaves irresponsibly, that is also your responsibility. Arrange the topic so that we do not have to make specific decisions about it.

There will be no compassion to anyone. The main thing for us is the population of the capital. Therefore, let us take special care of this city, which the society has entrusted us, with special attention, doubled energy and enthusiasm. I have high hopes for you. Let’s do our job!
