Georgian sailor died in Spain. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirms the information and explains that the sailor allegedly died of intoxication.

The initial conclusion was that a chemical leaked on the chemical tanker, as a result of which 3 people were poisoned, including one Georgian.

Examination will determine the exact cause of death. The Embassy of Georgia participates in the body transfer procedures.
