Amid a coronavirus outbreak the Interagency Coordination Council is encouraging older people and people with severe chronic medical conditions to stay at home.

The statement was made by Giorgi Ghibradze, the Chief of the Operational Staff of the Interagency Coordination Council, after the meeting of the Council.

“Considering the deteriorating situation of the epidemic, we call on the elderly and recommend them to stay at home as much as possible. Сontrol over the implementation of the rules will be stricter”, - added Giorgi Ghibradze.
