The officers of Old Tbilisi Police Division of Tbilisi Police Department under the Ministry of Internal Affairs detained ND, (DoB 1997) in Tbilisi on the charges of violence as a result of operative-investigative activities.
The committed crime envisages up to 1 year of imprisonment.
The investigation established that on April 4 of the current year, the accused person verbally and physically assaulted I.F. (DoB 1991), on Shota Rustaveli Avenue, Tbilisi, after which he fled from the crime scene.
As a result of operative and investigative activities, the law enforcers arrested N.D. as an accused person.
The investigation is in progress under Article 126, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of Georgia, which stipulates battery or other form of violence.
