Two people have died and two have been injured in a deadly confrontation between Georgians and Chechens in Turkey.

According to the existing information, the incident took place today, April 1, at around 5:30 in front of a restaurant in Istanbul.

The offenders have managed to escape.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs told the Kurieri that there are no Georgian citizens among the dead and injured.
