Gogi Tsulaia’s charges aggravated, said today his lawyer.

Tsulaia was charged under Article 138 of the Criminal Code, which stipulates similar acts of sexual violence (if convicted, carries a sentence of 4 to 6 years in prison).

Initially, the investigation was launched under the part I of Article 126 of the Criminal Code (violence).
