Georgia has no better friend than America. Such a statement made today the US Ambassador to Georgia.

“The U.S. Embassy has worked very hard for 30 years to help Georgia improve its healthcare, education, security, diversify its economy, and create jobs for Georgians.

I can’t think of better proof of how much we care at the U.S. and the U.S. Embassy about Georgia’s success. And that’s true, whether I’m the Ambassador or anybody else is the Ambassador. It’s true whatever party is in power here and whatever party is in power in the White House. Nothing is going to change”, - said Kelly Degnan.

She also talked about the dialogue between the ruling party and the opposition.

“What is important there is a political will by the political leaders of this country to find a solution, to find a way to solve differences through using your democratic institutions. It is about the process of Georgia strengthening its democracy”, - concluded the Ambassador.
