We once again regret that the head of ISFED failed to fulfill its mission, thereby damaging the reputation of the organization and willingly or unwillingly contributing to the creation of an artificial political crisis in Georgia by the radical opposition.

We want to once again explain an important aspect of PVT. PVT counts not only the protocols, but, as an observer, is fully involved in the counting process at polling stations. Consequently, the resemblance of PVT and CEC data is an indisputable proof that the CEC of Georgia did not rig the elections”, - said Irakli Kobakhidze.
