Non-governmental organizations file a lawsuit against the law “On Transparency of Foreign Influence” in the Constitutional Court.

As representatives of the civil sector announced at a joint briefing, the lawsuit is already ready and will be submitted to the court today.

Besides, NGOs apply to the court to temporarily suspend the operation of the disputed norms in the law. As it was mentioned at the briefing, a lawsuit is being prepared to be submitted to the European Court of Human Rights.
