Within the framework of the campaign of the Ministry of Internal Affairs – “Befriend the Police”, cognitive and entertainment activities are taking place in Gori city center, in Shadrevani Square.

The guests who came to the event got acquainted with the activities of different departments of the MIA. They had the opportunity to inspect the special equipment and machinery of police, public safety command center “112”, service agency, forensic-criminalistics department, border police, emergency situations management service, security police, special tasks department.

Juveniles, together with representatives of the Ministry, took part in various cognitive and entertainment activities.

As part of the campaign, the visits of the representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs units to schools also continue. Information-cognitive meetings are held with students, the purpose of which is to raise awareness among children and adolescents about public safety and the rule of law.
