As part of the municipal services reform, a new citizen service center is being built in Rustavi.
The ongoing project to improve access to municipal services is already in an active phase. The mayor of the city, Nino Latsabidze, together with the representatives of the infrastructure service and members of the faction of the Rustavi City Council, Georgian Dream, got acquainted with the construction process.
A one-story building with an area of 430 square meters, conforming to modern standards, is being built on Friendship Avenue.
After the completion of the construction, the citizens will be able to receive the municipal services of Rustavi City Hall from the new service center.
The reform of municipal services in Rustavi started in January of this year. After the architecture service, municipal inspection and cleaning service, the reform also started in the services of the citizen service profile.
One of the stages of the reform envisages bringing municipal services into one space and creating a comfortable and modern environment for citizens.
