The civil funeral of Gela Gogia, a Georgian fighter killed in the Russia-Ukraine war, is underway. He wil be buried in his hometown, in Senaki.

Relatives and ordinary citizens pay thibute to the fallen fighter, express their condolences to the family.

Gela Gogia will be buried today with military honors. He was fighting in the Russia-Ukraine war from the very first day.

On August 26, he was seriously wounded in a clash near the city of Kramatorsk and could not be saved. The 54-year-old Georgian fighter has been living in Ukraine for the past few years. He was a participant of the August 2008 war and the war in Abkhazia.
