The solemn event dedicated to the Independence Day by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the exhibition spaces on the central square of Mtskheta have been actively visited by both Mtskheta residents and city guests since morning.

Various units of the MIA host citizens at information and thematic banners, citizens are also able to view special equipment of the Patrol Police Department, the Emergency Situations Management Service, the Border Police and the Special Tasks Department as well as Border Police helicopter.

Citizens will be able to get familiarized with the steps taken by the agency in the direction of European integration, successful reforms implemented in accordance with European standards and various information zones presented by the units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
