Prime Minister of Georgia published a letter of condolences on the death of pianist Lekso Toradze.

“I express deep sorrow over the death of Alexander (Lekso) Toradze - truly one among the most famous virtuoso pianists of the modern times.

His performing art has gained recognition due to the magnitude of his personality and overwhelming talent. Pedagogical merits of Lekso Toradze will be appreciated plenty of times in the future as well, due to generations raised by him successfully participating in prestigious festivals when performing with leading orchestras and conductors from around the world.

I express condolences to the family and friends of Lekso Toradze and to the entire music community”, - reads the letter of Irakli Garibashvili.
