During the last week, from May 2 to May 8, 745 new cases of coronavirus were confirmed in Georgia, 8 patients died.

According the National Center for Disease Control, 984 people recovered from coronavirus during the last 7 days.

Nationwide, 112,564 tests were conducted, including 101,045 antigen tests and 11,519 PCR tests.

The test-positivity rate in the past week stands at 0, 66%.
