“Yesterday’s strong wind was followed by damage to infrastructure in the capital, trees, and plants were uprooted, and the roofs were blown off, but the biggest tragedy is that the disaster took the life of a young woman. I want to express my condolences to her family, relatives, and friends.

Certainly, everything can be restored and corrected, and new trees and plants will be planted, but it is sad and heartbreaking when a human death occurs. I would like to call on the governors of all ten districts to be as watchful as possible. The wind is still expected today and therefore, it is very important to continue working in emergency mode, just like yesterday”, - said Kakha Kaladze.
