Police detained B.K. (DoB 2003), as a result of operative-investigative measures and investigative activities on charges of premeditated murder and attempted premeditated murder under aggravating circumstances as well as A.K.(DoB 2001) in Tbilisi for non- reporting a particularly serious crime.

The committed crime envisions from 7 to 15 years of imprisonment.

The investigation established that on April 12 of the current year, during a physical confrontation that evolved as a result of an argument between several persons on Ortachala Street in Tbilisi, the accused B.K. inflicted body injuries with a cold steel to D.M. (DoB 1989) and A.M. (DoB 1988). As a result of the injuries inflicted, D.M. died before being taken to the hospital, while A.M. underwent urgent surgery.

The participant of the incident, A.K. witnessed the murder and wounding, however failed to report the crime to the police.

As a result of the investigative activities, the law enforcers arrested B.K. and A.K. during immediate police activities.

The investigation is underway under Articles 108 and 19-109 and Part II of Article 376 of the Criminal Code of Georgia, which stipulate premeditated murder and attempted premeditated murder committed under aggravating circumstances, and failure to report a particularly serious crime.
