Lelo faction has submitted a draft resolution to the Parliament relating to the war crimes and crimes against humanity in Ukraine.

According to the draft resolution, the legislature confirms that on February 24, 2022, Russia carried out an unprovoked and unjustified invasion on the sovereign territory of Ukraine and a large-scale military attack on the state of Ukraine.

The document states that the Armed Forces of Russia carried out military aggression in a number of parts of Ukraine, including Bucha and other cities, resulting in the destruction of houses, schools and kindergartens and killing of hundreds of civilians, including many children, as well as the outflow of 4 million citizens of Ukraine from the country with refugee status.
