The Parliament will consider the draft resolution on Georgia’s accelerated accession to the European Union this week.

Opposition will also support the document.

The scheduled hearing comes after the Parliament’s Committee on European Integration supported the draft resolution on the country’s accession to the EU.

The draft resolution contains 13 points and calls on EU member states and institutions, as well as the Georgian Government, to take all necessary steps to accelerate Georgia’s accession to the Union.
