The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation today announced the start of the return of units of the Southern and Western districts to their places of deployment after the exercises, writes perild.com.

Ukraine does not believe the statements of the Russian Federation and will believe in de-escalation when it sees a real withdrawal of troops, Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba said on Tuesday, February 15.

“Various statements are constantly heard from the Russian Federation, therefore we already have a rule not “we hear - then we believe,” but “we see – then we believe”. If we see a withdrawal, we believe in de-escalation”, - the minister said.

Kuleba also said that Ukraine managed to restrain the Russian Federation from further aggravation of the situation.
