According to the Institute of Earth Sciences and the National Center for Seismic Monitoring, a 6.2 magnitude earthquake occurred near the village of Sameba at 22:25, February 13.

As the agency reports, the earthquake was followed by several tremors during the night. The strongest of them, a 4.5 magnitude, occurred at 22:28. The next aftershocks were 3.5, 4.1, 3.1, 3.1 and 3.5 ML.

No damage or injuries have been reported so far.
