If the accused Gigi Ugulava agrees to amnesty, the criminal case against him will be terminated on the same day. Such a statement made today the Prosecutor Natia Guruli.

She talked about this issue in Tbilisi City Court, where the trial of Gigi Ugulava’s case, which concerns the beating of judoka Badri Gavashelishvili, was held.

“However, he does not want that. Consequently, we are also obliged to bring all those who have been interviewed and questioned about the case and who have information about the circumstances relevant to the case.

The investigation into the case was conducted objectively”, - said Natia Guruli.
