Giorgi Narimanidze, Elguja Tsomaia, Zurab and Shalva Tsotsoria - defendants in Mikheil Saakashvili’s case regarding his entry to Georgia - were released on GEL 5,000 bail, respectively.

The decision was made by the judge of Tbilisi City Court Giorgi Keratishvili. The detainees were released from the courtroom.

They have a period of 1 month to pay the bail.

The investigation is ongoing under the 2nd part of Article 375 of the Criminal Code of Georgia, Article 344, Part 3, Subparagraph “a” and Article 344, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
