The trial of 2 people detained near Salkhino Monastery to be held today. Yesterday police detained 7 people in Martvili, during the events near the Salkhino Monastery.

6 people were arrested under Articles 166 and 173 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, which pertain to disobedience to a lawful request of the police and petty hooliganism, while another person was arrested under Article 353 of the Criminal Code, which pertains to assault on a police officer.

The fact of damaging the car on the balance sheet of the Ministry of Internal Affairs is being investigated under Article 187 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
