The officers of Tbilisi Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs detained V.C. (DoB1998), on the charge of premeditated murder as a result of operative-investigative and search operation.

The committed crime envisions from 7 to 15 years of imprisonment.

The investigation established that on October 31 of the current year, V.C. inflicted multiple body injuries with a cold steel to foreign citizen, a transgender woman - A.G. employed in one of the massage salons on Akhvlediani Street, who died at the place of crime. The accused person also inflicted injuries to another transgender woman in the same cabin and fled the scene. The wounds inflicted to another victim are not life- endangering.

The law enforcers, as a result of immediate investigative activities arrested V.C. in Tbilisi.

Police seized the weapon of crime - a knife as evidence.

Investigation into the fact of premeditated murder is in progress under Article 108 of the Criminal Code of Georgia
