ENKA terminates a contract with the Government of Georgia. The statement was released by ENKA ŞNŞAAT - the parent company of Enka Renewables - on the Istanbul stock exchange.

“ENKA Renewables Ltd. has notified Georgia to terminate the construction contract with the state of Georgia on the development, construction, ownership and operation of the Namakhvani Cascade HEPP project.

We declare that the decision is fully in line with the principles set forth in the Communiqué on Material Events Disclosure and we personally take responsibility for the disclosure of this information”, - reads the statement.
