France put Georgia on the list of "red zone" countries

According to the Georgian Embassy in Paris, France put Georgia on the list of “red zone” countries. At this stage, the following countries are in the “red zone”: Afghanistan, South Africa, Algeria, Argentina, Bangladesh, Brazil, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Georgia, Indonesia, Iran, Maldives, Morocco, Mozambique, Namibia, Nepal, Oman, Pakistan, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Russia, Seychelles, Suriname, Tunisia and Turkey.

While entering France, double-jabbed people should present the vaccine card with a QR code. Travel documents should show that 7 days passed after the 2nd dose of the coronavirus vaccine.

Only vaccines authorized by the European Medicines Agency (EMA) – Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca, Johnson & Johnson will be accepted.

Vaccinated visitors should also present a sworn document saying that they have no symptoms of COVID-19 infection in the last 48 hours, and have not been in contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 in the 14 days prior to the journey.

As to non-vaccinated citizens, they should present negative PCR or Antigen-based test results taken in the past 48 hours. A sworn document saying that they have no symptoms of COVID-19 infection in the last 48 hours and have not been in contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 in the 14 days prior to the journey.
