Pankisi residents arrested on terrorism charges were sentenced to imprisonment as a preventive measure. The judge made the decision after a two-hour hearing. The trial was closed to the press.

All five people arrested for membership in a terrorist organization: U.TS., M.M., R.K., H.B. and R.M. were charged yesterday.
