The officers of Shida Kartli Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs detained L.Kh. (DoB1995), as a result of operative-investigative activities for premeditated murder.

The committed crime envisages from 7 to 15 years of imprisonment.

The investigation established that on August 6, of the current year, L.Kh. who was under the influence of alcohol, wounded three people on the grounds of a dispute in Kaspi Municipality with a cold steel and fled the scene. The ambulance crew transported all three victims to the medical facility, however, one of the wounded persons - G.G. (DoB 1971) died several minutes later after being admitted to the hospital with severe injury.

Police arrested L.Kh. as a result of immediate activities within hours after the incident.

The fact of premeditated murder is being investigated under Article 108 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
