42-year-old Levan Galski, the so-called “thief-in-law”, detained along with a citizen of Georgia, 31-year-old “criminal authority”, in Ukraine.

As the local media writes, both of them were arrested while trying to cross the border illegally.

Buliskiria is a Russian citizen.

According to the State Border Service of Ukraine, they were detained under Article 263 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of Ukraine.
