101st Incident Prevention and Response Mechanism (IPRM) meeting has finished in the village of Ergneti.

“The representatives of the State Security Service have strictly demanded the release from unlawful detention of the citizens of Georgia - Zaza Gakheladze and Genadi Bestaev unlawfully detained by the occupation forces.

During the meeting every significant incident that has occurred since the previous meeting up to date extremely damaging security situation, posing threat to personal security of local residents and restricting free movement along the occupation line, has been also discussed.

Furthermore, the cases of illegal so-called borderization have been stressed.

September 27, 2021 has been defined as a preliminary date for the next IPRM meeting”, - reads the statement of the State Security Service of Georgia.
