The Minister of Economy has visited a Polish citizen in Aladashvili Clinic today who was attacked by activists of a right-wing group during the counter-rally against the Tbilisi Pride march on July 5.
“Any similar violence damages our image as a tourist country. This incident is an ‘isolated case" and does not reflect Georgia’s attitude towards tourists.
We will not allow the tourist image of our country to be damaged. I would also like to emphasize that every tourist is protected in our country and Georgia is one of the safest and most hospitable countries for tourists”, - said Natia Turnava.
