The Parliament of Georgia discussed the Election Code in the second reading and supported the amendment to the Organic Law of Georgia with 95 votes.

Nobody was against the amendments. Neither the National Movement went against it, they refrained from supporting changes.

Representatives of other opposition parties say that although there are remarks on the code, the progress made should not be overshadowed by this.
