The officers of Shida Kartli Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of operative-search and investigative activities detained Z.K. (DoB 1991) in Kaspi for premeditated murder.

Committed crime envisages from 7 to 15 years of imprisonment.

The investigation established that on the basis of vengeance, detainee inflicted body injuries with a cold steel to N.Gh. Due to the sustained traumas the victim died at the crime scene.

Law enforcers detained Z.K. as a result of immediate activities. During the search held in detainee’s place of residence, policemen seized the weapon of crime- knife as evidence.

Investigation is in progress on the fact of premeditated murder, article 108 envisaged by the criminal Code of Georgia.
