The officers of Investigative Main Division under Tbilisi Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of operative and investigative activities, detained Z.S. (DoB 1984) for premeditated murder and the attempted murder, committed under aggravating circumstances and illegal purchase-keeping of a firearm.

Committed crime envisages from 11 to 14 years of imprisonment.

The investigation established that due to the conflict which existed in the past, the detainee wounded two persons - Sh.K. (DoB 2001) and T.G. (DoB 1988) with a firearm.

Due to the received injuries, Sh.K. died shortly after being transferred to Ingorokva Clinic. T.G. is undergoing relevant medical treatment at Ghidushauri Clinic, his life is no longer in danger.

Law enforcers have seized the weapon of crime from the territory adjacent to the crime scene.

The investigation is in progress on the fact of premeditated murder and attempted murder, committed under aggravating circumstances and illegal purchase-keeping of a firearm article 108, 19-109 and 236 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
