Police detained M.B. (DoB 1996) and I.B. (DoB 1997) for the attempted selling drugs with a previous agreement, committed in group.

Committed crime envisages from 7 to 14 years of imprisonment.

Investigation established that detainees belonged to the organized group of drug dealers and sold drugs through the social application by Means of the so called “placing method”.

As a result of the personal search, Law enforcers seized 11 packages of the new psychoactive substance “Alpha PVP”. Within the frames of the investigative experiment officers also seized 8 packages of new psychoactive substance “Alpha PVP” as evidence, placed at different locations for further realization.

Investigation is in progress on the fact of the attempted selling drugs with a previous agreement, committed in group, article 260, III part, sub-paragraph “B” and article 19-260, part V, sub-paragraph “B” of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
