The Patriarch’s Christmas epistle to be distributed today

The Orthodox Church celebrates Christmas on January 7. Despite pandemic, solemn church service was held at all acting churches across Georgia.

Catholicos-Patriarch of All Georgia, His Holiness and Beatitude Ilia II gave Christmas liturgy together with clergies at Sameba (Holy Trinity) Cathedral. The Patriarch addressed the parishioners and blessed them.

The patriarch did not read his Christmas epistle last night as it is expected to be distributed today.
