Police in New York checked a flight of Russian airline Aeroflot, which arrived from Moscow at the John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) here, for explosive devices.
The police received a notification about the presence of an explosive device on board.
There is no information related to the search results or any possible detentions until now, and the flight back to Moscow is delayed.
A representative of Port Authority Police told the media that all passengers have disembarked the plane, said the report. The Aeroflot plane landed at the JFK at around 3.45 p.m. on Sunday.
