The officers of Adjara Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs as a result of operative-search and investigative activities detained T.G. (DoB 1992) for premeditated murder.

The committed crime envisages from 7 to 15 years of imprisonment.

Investigation established that on November 14 of the current year, in the village of Khala, Kobuleti municipality, detainee murdered his co-villager in his own house with a firearm – D.Sh. (DoB 1990) and fled from the place of crime.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of premeditated murder, article 108 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
