Distance learning regime is maintained in 10 large cities of Georgia. According to the Vice Prime Minister, the education process will continue remotely in Tbilisi, Kutaisi, Rustavi, Telavi, Zugdidi, Zestafoni, Gori, Poti, Marneuli, and Gardabani till November, 25.
“Up to 1,500 polling stations have been set up in schools, and training was temporarily switched to distance learning for several days before and after the elections. As we plan the runoff in many areas and hundreds of schools will be precincts again and also for the importance of reducing mobility in large cities, we decided to keep the remote education mode in large sites”, - explained Tskitishvili.
